More and more of us are finding that we are attending or having celebrations on a much smaller scale, especially since the recent pandemic. I have scaled down recipes to produce a small number of sweet treats. People are spending more time at home, avoiding large-scale events to help prevent a higher risk of contracting a life-threatening virus. Even if we are downscaling the number of people we are gathering, we can still adjust the amount we are baking to suit our needs.

In this cookbook, I have included baking recipes that I have scaled down while still being able to use standard household appliances and baking tools.
